Luxer One is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage accounting operations, verify financial records, and support the general ledger and financial statements. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of senior accounting experience, with a strong eye for detail.

The position requires commuting to the Sacramento, CA office three days per week; relocation is not available. Luxer One offers a 401(k) with up to 4.5% matching, tuition reimbursement, comprehensive medical/dental/vision/life

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of senior accounting experience.
• Accuracy and attention to detail essential.
• Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills.
• BS degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant.
• Certified CMA or CPA preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain understanding of the financial reporting and GL structure.
• Complete monthly GL account reconciliations.
• Assist accounting manager with documents and interpreting complex financial information for operations and management.
• Assist in internal/external audits of financial and operational processes.
• Perform month-end and year-end reconciliations.
• Perform Annual Recurring Revenue commissions per month.
• Handle asset management.
• Perform and monitor revenue/cost recognition and accruals per policy.
• Perform INL subscriptions upload and audit per month.
• Perform monthly/quarterly/annual recurring revenue audits.
• Engage in special projects as assigned.

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our growing organization. As the Senior Accountant, you will handle accounting operations within the company, verify financial records and transactions, and monitor reports. You will also use your keen attention to detail to maintain account balances, general ledger, and financial statements.

*You must be available to commute to our Sacramento, CA office 3 days per week, relocation assistance is not available for this role*

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
• Complete monthly general ledger account reconciliations.
• Assist the accounting manager in preparing documents and interpreting complicated financial information for the operations team and upper management.
• Assist in internal/external audits of financial and operational processes.
• Perform month-end and year-end reconciliations.
• Perform Annual Recurring Revenue commissions per month
• Handle asset management
• Perform and monitor revenue/cost recognition and revenue/cost accrual and ensure compliance with policies.
• Perform INL subscriptions upload and audit per month.
• Perform monthly/quarterly/annual recurring revenue audits.
• Special projects as assigned.

• The pay range for this role is $80,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, and location. This range reflects what we believe in good faith we'd pay for this position at the time of posting, and final offers may vary based on qualifications and business needs.
