Job summary

Trucordia Insurance Services, LLC in Lindon, UT seeks a seasoned accounting leader to guide monthly close, reconciliations, and multi‑company reporting. You will collaborate with the accounting manager and teams to deliver accurate financial insights in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

You have 4+ years of accounting experience, a Bachelor's degree and strong Excel skills, with experience in GL systems and insurance AR.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related field.
• General ledger software experience (Excel, Sage, QuickBooks, Soft Ledger, Travers, etc.).
• Experience in reconciliation controls, managing aged items, and escalating issues.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in insurance accounts receivable.
• Collaborate effectively and maintain strong relationships.
• Multitask, prioritize, and stay organized.
• Gather and analyze financial data and escalate where needed.
• Office environment—data entry and reading from a computer.

Responsibilities

• Reporting financial information to management for review and decision making.
• Coordinating with principals to manage month-end goals and deadlines.
• Performing full balance sheet reconciliations for monthly close.
• Consolidating multi-company statements with variance analysis.
• Supporting audits and assisting staff in annual audits.
• Leading staff and junior accountants to meet deadlines.
• Interpreting data to identify trends for projects.
• Performing revenue reconciliation with carriers and clients.

Job Description

As a leader at Trucordia, you will report to your accounting manager as you make leadership and management decisions, problem-solve independently, and resolve arising issues for your teams. Duties and Responsibilities

• Reporting financial information' providing timely, accurate, and useful information to management for review and decision making
• Working with Principles to communicate and managefinancial goals/deadlines for month-end processes
• Performing full balance sheet reconciliation, including substantiation, for monthly close work papers
• Consolidating multi-company financial statements with variance analysis
• Supporting other accounting staff in the creation of annual audits
• Leading staff and junior accountants to ensure deadlines are met
• Interpreting data and identifying trends to influence projects
• Performing revenue reconciliation to carrier and client agreements

Qualifications

• 4+ years of accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field
• General ledger accounting software experience (Excel, Sage, QuickBooks, Soft Ledger, Travers, etc.)
• Experience in reconciliation controls, managing aged items, and escalating issues
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite, such as Microsoft Excel
• Experience in insurance accounts receivables
