The Senior Accountant, Corporate Finance is a key contributor to the quarterly close and financial reporting process, with primary responsibility for balance sheet accounting, analysis, and related reporting activities, while supporting income statement close processes. This role requires a strong technical accounting foundation, sound analytical judgment, and the ability to identify, interpret, and communicate the key drivers behind financial results.
This position offers broad exposure to the Company’s divisions and operations and plays an integral role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. The Senior Accountant supports the close process, performs financial analysis, and drives process improvements that enhance reporting quality, efficiency, and internal controls.

For individuals assigned or hired to work in the location(s) indicated below, the base salary range is provided. Range is as of the time of posting. Position is incentive eligible.
Jersey City, New York: 79,900.00 - 124,085.00
Hartford: 71,900.00 - 111,676.50
Total individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs. The above pay range may be modified in the future.
