• Stable job history, strong communication skills, and ability to work well with senior leaders and internal teams.
• Yardi, JD Edwards, Hubble, RealPage, or similar accounting/software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support daily accounting activities, cash management, accounts receivable, and accounts payable coordination.
• Review monthly bank reconciliations and maintain journal entries.
• Perform general ledger analysis and assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close.
• Prepare supporting workpapers for balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Assist with tax, cash, GAAP reporting, cash flow forecasting, and budget variance analysis.
• Prepare job cost requisitions, capital calls, advance requests, reporting templates, and special projects as needed.

$90K-$105K Base + 10% Bonus | Dallas, TX | 2-3 Days/Month In Office

A leading real estate investment and development firm is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its Dallas team. This role will work closely with the Controller and support accounting, financial reporting, month-end close, cash management, budget variance analysis, and reporting for a portfolio that includes market-rate and affordable residential properties.
