What We're Looking For

• The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or similar
• CPA (or CPA track) or MBA preferred
• They are looking for someone with at least 4+ years of accounting experience
• This person MUST have experience with technical accounting or public accounting

What You'll Be Doing

• Execute on all aspects of accounting operations, including but not limited to A / P, A / R, fixed assets, prepaids, general ledger, and revenue recognition
• Assist in setting up new accounting processes and operations for new entities and locations
• Analyze Lease contracts and research based on new leasing standards how they should be reported via GAAP
• Completely manage the lease accounting process - focusing on financial leases
• Lead and assist in field work for interim and annual audits
• Assist with researching and resolving technical accounting issues
• Maintain and improve upon the current accounting infrastructure, ensuring that all financial systems and files stay in sync with the general ledger
• Assist with the development and implementation of new systems and internal controls that meet the Company's business growth and culture
• Ad hoc analyses and projects as needed
