• Manage the general ledger and ensure accurate month-end and year-end close processes.
• Assist with the preparation of grant reports and funder financial statements.
• Support the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and nonprofit accounting standards.
• Monitor and report on restricted and unrestricted funds.
• Collaborate with program and development teams to provide financial insights.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Identify process improvements and assist with system upgrades or implementations.
• Maintain internal controls and support finance policy updates.
