• Driving variance analysis + real financial insights for leadership
• Leveraging automation + AI tools to improve workflows
• Getting exposure to investments, treasury, budgeting & forecasting
• Playing a key role in audit + regulatory reporting
• Identifying process gaps and actually fixing them

You’re not just reporting numbers—you’re helping shape how the business runs.

What They’re Looking For

• 3+ years in accounting (public or industry)
• Accounting degree (CPA a plus, not required)
• Strong Excel + comfort working with data
• Someone who is curious, proactive, and solutions‑driven
