About the Opportunity

Natus is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with an active CPA designation to join our Finance team and play an important role in the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of our financial reporting. This is a hands‑on role with exposure well beyond the general ledger. You’ll work across month‑end and year‑end close, balance sheet reconciliations, revenue recognition, consolidated audits, international statutory reporting, and process improvement, while partnering with Finance teams across the organization. You’ll also have the opportunity to build your international accounting experience by supporting Natus legal entities in Australia, New Zealand, and Hong Kong, helping ensure our accounting practices meet both U.S. GAAP and applicable local requirements. If you’re a CPA looking for a role that offers broad accounting exposure, international experience, and the opportunity to take ownership of meaningful work, this could be a great next step.

What You’ll Get to Do

Own Key Accounting & Close Activities: Support month‑end and year‑end close, ensuring financial activity is recorded accurately and on time. Prepare journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and other general accounting entries. Prepare and analyze balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies. Use BlackLine to support accurate, timely, and well‑documented account reconciliations. Assist with financial statement preparation and reporting. Provide financial analysis and support accounting and Finance projects as needed.

Support Revenue Recognition: Ensure revenue transactions are recorded accurately and in accordance with U.S. GAAP and ASC 606. Review accounting activity, identify discrepancies, and partner with appropriate teams to resolve issues. Help maintain strong accounting controls and consistent financial reporting practices.

Build International Accounting Experience: Work across a global Finance organization and gain exposure to accounting and reporting requirements outside the United States. Support annual statutory audits for legal entities in Australia, New Zealand, and Hong Kong. Help ensure compliance with applicable local GAAP and statutory reporting requirements. Support the annual consolidated group audit under U.S. GAAP. Work directly with internal and external auditors to provide schedules, documentation, and other requested information.

Partner Across the Business: Collaborate closely with Accounting and Finance colleagues as well as other teams across the organization. Provide accounting guidance and help resolve financial issues. Communicate effectively with stakeholders across different functions and geographic locations. Help maintain effective financial controls and processes as the organization evolves.

Improve How We Work: We’re looking for someone who can manage the details while also identifying opportunities to make our accounting processes stronger and more efficient. Work within ERP and cloud‑based accounting environments. Identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and develop practical solutions. Support improvements to accounting processes, controls, and reporting. Take ownership of assignments and follow them through to completion.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Active CPA designation required. 3+ years of accounting experience within a multinational organization. Hands‑on experience with month‑end close and balance sheet reconciliations. Experience supporting a consolidated annual audit under U.S. GAAP. Experience supporting statutory reporting requirements for international legal entities. Knowledge and practical application of U.S. GAAP and ASC 606 revenue recognition. Experience working in a cloud/SaaS accounting environment. Experience with accounting software and ERP systems. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, changing environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A self‑starter who takes initiative, owns their work, and follows through.

Even Better If You Have

Experience within a manufacturing organization. Experience with Oracle or a similar ERP system. Experience using BlackLine for account reconciliations. Experience working directly with international Finance teams and external auditors.

Why This Role?

This is an opportunity to take your accounting experience beyond a traditional Senior Accountant position. You won’t be limited to one part of the accounting cycle. You’ll gain exposure across close, reconciliations, revenue recognition, audits, international statutory reporting, financial analysis, and process improvement. You’ll also have the opportunity to work across multiple countries and legal entities, giving you greater visibility into how the pieces of a global Finance organization come together.

Our North Star

At Natus, we put the Patient first. You’ll contribute to our success by demonstrating teamwork, agility, accountability, and respect while helping create an environment where collaboration and continuous improvement thrive.
