Job summary

American Heritage Credit Union is seeking an Account Services Representative II to serve as SME for deposit-based products, member accounts, and IRA/trust services. The role involves advising members, performing transactions, and cross-selling through remote and in-branch channels.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of related experience, strong knowledge of account services processes, and proficiency in Word/Excel along with enterprise tools like Better Lobby, Data Verity, Meridian Link XA, and

Qualifications

• Three to five years of similar or related experience.
• Knowledge of deposit products, electronic services, and account services processes.
• Intermediate Word and Excel; familiarity with CRM and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME in all deposit-based products and services.
• Engage with members via consultative actions and assist via remote/video channels.
• Fulfill lead-generation requests via CRM systems.
• Open new accounts, CDs, money market, IRAs, and cross-sell products.
• Process changes and maintenance to member accounts and checks/ debit cards.
• Assist with complex account matters (IRA corrections, decedent accounts, trusts).
• Assist members in utilizing self-service technology (Online/Mobile Teller, Bill Pay).
• Use CRM and data tools to analyze member engagement and educate on low engagement.
• Perform member transactions across video, phone, mail, and other channels.
• Prepare/report compilations and support quarterly SOP reviews.
