Responsabilidades

• Maintain close collaboration with iCIMS customers to meet needs and expectations.
• Identify opportunities to add products and services and drive renewals.
• Participate in sales presentations and on-site customer meetings; gather client feedback.
• Develop client references, case studies, and testimonials with Marketing.
• Travel as required to meet clients and conduct on-site visits.
