Upstream Rehabilitation is seeking a Senior Sales Account Manager to lead strategic partnerships in the Houston, Texas market, driving growth and expanding our referral network among physicians, medical offices, and community partners.
You will report to regional leadership, develop call strategies, present our services and outcomes data, travel up to 70% of the time, and mentor incoming sales staff while aligning with our mission and values.

This position is responsible for supporting our Sales Account Managers and servicing direct sales management in the Houston, Texas territory. This market has a growing demand in our referral base with physicians, attorneys, worker's compensation, community partners, and direct access patients.
