Overview

Senior Account Manager at Nordson Industrial Coating Solutions, a global leader in industrial coating solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Relationship development & sales to distribution channel
  • Sales of systems and parts to existing & new customers in assigned territory
  • Identify new applications, system upgrades & recommend best solutions to improve customer operations
  • Conduct product demonstrations, field support & coordinate testing capabilities
  • Assist distributors & end users with payback analysis and formal quoting
  • Provide technical support in emergency situations & collaborate with sales team on new markets & competitor activities
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of Nordson products, prices, policies & procedures
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in technical or business required
  • Minimum 3 years successful industrial equipment sales, service or product portfolio management experience required
  • Preferred experience in finishing industry, capital equipment or related field
  • Liquid finishing product line knowledge
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint & Return on Investment analysis
  • Self‑directed, driven, strong travel (3‑4 nights per week) & professional presentation skills
