What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Maintain and grow billable value in assigned accounts while preventing customer account losses
  • Initiate and manage business-to-business sales relationships to achieve budgeted sales goals
  • Develop and implement effective prospect development plans and maintain key information in the prospect database
  • Execute retention calls to improve customer service and profitability
  • Collaborate with Plant Managers and Brokerage Account Managers to enhance profitability and achieve plant goals

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Bachelor's Degree (accredited) or High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant work experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in direct business-to-business sales, cold calling, and phone-based prospecting
  • Must live and work in the U.S.
  • Strong negotiation skills to handle customer cancellation requests and secure contract agreements
  • Ability to establish and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Experience in the waste management or environmental services industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and managing key accounts
  • Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations related to waste management
