Job summary

Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC seeks a Senior AE – Enterprise to drive data, analytics, and AI adoption across Fortune 1000 accounts. You own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to close and ongoing expansion, working with internal teams and partners to ensure strong customer outcomes.

You will develop a regional pipeline, hit revenue targets, acquire new enterprise customers, lead negotiations, and align client needs with integrated data and AI solutions for long‑term satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing large accounts and delivering net new business in enterprise software sales.
• Background selling data, analytics, AI, or integration platforms.
• Proven success closing complex, high‑value deals and exceeding quota.
• Strong territory planning and pipeline execution skills across direct and partner channels.
• Established relationships within Fortune 1000 enterprises and partner ecosystems.
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Willingness to travel as needed
