Job summary

Ideal Aerosmith, a leading aerospace test systems provider, seeks a Senior Acceptance Test Engineer in Grand Forks, ND. You will lead acceptance testing for centrifuges, rate tables, motion simulators, and related electromechanical systems, developing ATPs and coordinating cross-functional test efforts.

The role demands 5+ years of testing experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to travel extensively. A bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required, and U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (ME/EE/Physics) required.
• 5+ years hardware or system-level testing experience.
• Experience developing test plans, procedures, and acceptance criteria for complex equipment or systems.
• Familiarity with precision measurement, metrology, and basic electrical testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans and ATPs for complex motion test and simulation systems.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop test procedures.
• Lead acceptance testing activities for complex projects.
• Troubleshoot issues during testing and coordinate with system integrators and engineering teams.
• Train and support team members performing system testing and acceptance activities.
• Review and document test results to ensure compliance with requirements.
