Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA required.
• Certification as a BCBA (Behavior Analyst Certification Board) required.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) required.
• Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance where necessary.
• Must pass tuberculosis test.

Responsibilities

• Use clinical judgment to promote optimal outcomes for each patient.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Ensure supervision hours meet 100% adherence monthly.
• Evaluate patients to identify skill deficits and strengths.
• Analyze challenging behaviors to identify function and intervention.
• Develop functionally relevant treatment plans to reduce challenging behaviors.
• Observe treatment implementation and adjust protocols as needed.
• Direct behavior technicians in implementing treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to staff.
• Work across center, home, school, community, or telehealth settings.
• Summarize data to evaluate progress and adjust plans monthly.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation.
