An aviation maintenance company in Fort Worth is seeking an experienced A&P Mechanic. This role involves scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of piston-powered aircraft, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations. The successful candidate will possess at least 5 years of relevant experience, an A&P Certificate, and the ability to work independently while mentoring junior mechanics. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience maintaining piston-powered general aviation aircraft.
• Experience with Piper Archer and Piper Seminole aircraft preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently without direct supervision.

Responsabilités

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance as directed by the DOM.
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company policies.
• Troubleshoot aircraft systems and perform routine inspections.

Connaissances

5+ years experience with piston-powered aircraft

Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs)

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to mentor junior mechanics

Formation

Valid Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate

Computerized maintenance tracking systems (Quantum MX preferred)
