Gulfstream Westfield, MA is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Technician IV - A&P to perform maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and modification of aircraft systems. Requirements include FAA A&P license, six years of aviation maintenance experience, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 years aviation maintenance experience (avionics, electrical, and/or mechanical).
• A&P (FAA Airframe and Powerplant) license required.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Perform required maintenance and servicing of all aircraft mechanical systems.
• Repair, maintain, install, and troubleshoot mechanical and functional components of the aircraft.
• Coordinate with inspection to ensure FAA/compliance requirements.
• Complete work orders, sign-offs, and shift turnovers accurately.
• Ensure work meets quality standards and specifications.
• Tag and secure customer property and components.
• Follow SOPs and JSAs when operating ground support equipment.
• Coordinate with departments for overhaul or repair as needed.
• Apply Lean initiatives to keep shops and hangars clean.
