Job summary
Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced 5G signal processing systems engineer to architect solutions that integrate Qualcomm System on Chip (SoC) processors for U.S. Government applications.
The role requires deep knowledge of 5G NR PHY/MAC/ upper layers and hands-on experience with signal processing, Matlab scripting, and link-budget simulations. Candidates should have strong 3GPP familiarity and excellent collaboration skills to work with multi-disciplinary teams. U.S.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field with 6+ years Systems Engineering experience.
- Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years Systems Engineering experience.
- PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field with 4+ years Systems Engineering experience.
Responsibilities
- Architect solutions integrating Qualcomm SoC processors into U.S. Government applications.
- Develop and run simulations to determine link budget and performance tradeoffs.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to design modem architecture.
