Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of device testing and certification experience.
• Strong knowledge of wireless technologies: 4G LTE, 5G NR, 5G SA/NSA, mmWave.
• Good understanding of VoLTE, VoWiFi, RCS, SMS, MMS.
• Experience with protocol call-flow analysis (RRC, NAS).
• Hands-on testing on Android and iOS devices.

Responsibilities

• Execute lab and field testing for LTE, 5G, VoLTE, VoWiFi, RCS, SMS, and MMS.
• Perform end-to-end device certification and validation activities.
• Analyze signaling procedures and protocol call flows.
• Conduct RRC and NAS message analysis and troubleshooting.
• Collect, analyze, and triage device logs from Android and iOS devices.
• Investigate performance, throughput, mobility, and interoperability issues.
• Use diagnostic tools to perform root cause analysis of device-related problems.
• Support OEM and chipset vendor interactions during issue investigations.
• Validate network and device behavior across SA, NSA, and mmWave deployments.
• Perform data analysis and generate performance insights using visualization tools.
• Produce technical reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Support network and device optimization initiatives.
