Job summary

Weissman is seeking a Senior Digital Pattern Engineer to bridge patternmaking and digital product creation. You will develop authentic pattern blocks, ensure the digital garment library is accurate for production, and drive 3D patternmaking innovations across teams.

You will train CLO3D users, establish best practices, and collaborate with creative and technical partners to advance Weissman’s digital product development and Co-Creation processes.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of garment construction, patternmaking, and fabric.
• Ability to develop training materials and teach technical software.
• Experience guiding product creation within a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the technical integrity of the digital garment library for production feasibility.
• Develop and maintain authentic pattern blocks for genre teams.
• Lead advanced 3D patternmaking for innovation and product development initiatives.
• Train and onboard CLO3D users and vendors to Weissman standards.
