Job summary

SAIC is seeking an SCA Engineering Technician IV-2M to support the U.S. Navy in Crane, IN. The role focuses on miniature/microminiature electronics repair, testing, calibration, and troubleshooting of circuit card assemblies and electronic modules.

Candidates must be U.S. citizens with HS/GED and 3+ years of related experience, plus clearance eligibility. Work involves reading schematics and diagrams, conducting tests, and documenting findings.

Qualifications

• Requires HS/GED and 3+ years in electronics repair.
• Current or past certification in Miniature/Microminiature Electronics Repair (2M).
• Interim secret clearance to start with ability to obtain a Secret Clearance; SAIC will sponsor the process.
• Must be U.S. citizen.
• Must be able to read schematics and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform Miniature/Microminiature electronics repair (2M) supporting testing and repair of Circuit Card Assemblies (CCA) and Electronic Modules (EM).
• Troubleshoot and repair faulty circuit cards and modules.
• Test and evaluate devices, analyze data, and document findings.
• Install, maintain, repair, and modify equipment including electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.
• Work from schematics/diagrams to test, checkout and troubleshoot.
• Conduct or monitor system testing and analyze results.
