Job summary

Emerald Cloud Lab in Austin, TX is seeking a Sr. Manager of Manufacturing Operations to own end-to-end operational strategy, leading 24/7 lab activities and ensuring reliable service delivery in a regulated environment.

As a member of the Lab Operations Leadership Team, you will drive staffing, KPIs, continuous improvement, and compliance with cGMP, FDA, and ISO standards to support growth and customer commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of regulated operations or manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech or similarly regulated labs.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, FDA, and ISO standards.
• Proven leadership in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Data-driven with KPI focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 24/7 laboratory operations and staffing.
• Lead workforce planning, scheduling, and performance management.
