Job summary

A prominent defense contractor seeks experienced instructors for the 14G Instructor – Air Defense Artillery role at Fort Sill, OK. This position requires delivering government-approved instruction for the Air Defense Battle Management System Operator course, ensuring soldier readiness across various systems. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years experience in the 14G ADA MOS and active SECRET clearance upon hiring. This full-time position will accommodate up to 25 instructors with the potential for surge roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the 14G ADA MOS.
• Active SECRET clearance at time of hire.
• Proof of qualifications (DD214, ERB/ORB, Certificate of Completion) within 14 days of award.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction using Government-approved POIs and lesson plans.
• Train students on AMD C4I systems (FAAD, Sentinel Radar, AMDPCS, ADAM Cell).
• Teach Divisional Air Defense systems: FAAD EO, AMDWS, TAIS, ADSI.
• Provide instruction on operational procedures, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and power systems.
• Administer and evaluate tests; provide retraining as needed.
