Job summary

WORLD WIDE PROFESSIONAL SOLUTIONS in Hillsboro, Oregon is seeking two Tool Install Construction Coordinators to join our project solutions team responsible for managing semiconductor-related construction projects from inception through close‑out.

The role requires strong communication, LEAN practices, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. This full-time position offers competitive benefits and local candidates only.

Qualifications

Experience executing or managing construction in semiconductor/manufacturing markets.
AA/BS/MS degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
LEAN construction knowledge and practices.
OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 preferred.
Ability to work with multiple customers.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and supervise multiple projects from inception through design, construction, commissioning and close-out.
Maintain productive relationships with internal partners and customers.
Communicate project status to client management and external parties.
Utilize construction management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Excel) for tracking.
Ensure scope, schedule, budgets and forecasts align with goals.
Prepare project reports and documentation for operations and design teams.
Coordinate with local government agencies.
Maintain good relationships with construction managers and trades.
