Job summary

Teledyne Goleta is seeking a Test Development Engineer to design, develop, and maintain C#/.NET software for automated semiconductor test systems. You will work with ATE platforms, instrumentation, and production tooling to bring new products from development into production.

You will build reusable software, automate testing, analyze test data, and collaborate with Design and Manufacturing Engineering to improve yield and productivity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Experience with C# and .NET.
• Strong OO programming and design principles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain C#/.NET software for automated semiconductor test systems.
• Develop reusable components, GUIs, data tools, and automation utilities.
• Integrate software with ATE platforms, instrumentation, and manufacturing systems.
• Develop automated test solutions for production and wafer probe testing.
• Build tools to collect, visualize, and report test data.
• Prepare and debug test stations and equipment for new hardware.
• Troubleshoot issues and support root‑cause investigations.
• Collaborate with Design and Manufacturing Engineering to resolve deficiencies.
• Develop unit tests and automated verification for CMOS ASIC products.
• Contribute to software design reviews and documentation.
