Job summary

The role involves operating and troubleshooting lab equipment (ICP, HPLC, GC, FTIR, GPC, TGA, TMA), recording results in LIMS/SAP, and ensuring data integrity while complying with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry or related STEM field.
• Experience with analytical instrumentation: ICP, HPLC, GC, FTIR, GPC, TGA, TMA.
• Accurate calculations of percentages and concentrations, with basic statistics.
• Maintain accurate lab records and data entry in computerized systems.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and work rotating shifts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create pilots and perform all physical and functional QA tests on products, intermediates, and raw materials.
• Set up, maintain, troubleshoot and operate laboratory equipment per procedures.
• Operate instrumentation to analyze and test chemical or electronic properties.
• Document test results and report analyses to technical staff.
• Prioritize QC testing to manage workflow and meet demands.
• Operate in a cleanroom environment and perform QC testing using semiconductor tools.
