Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare wafers for experimentation (cleaning and reactor prep).
• Operate reactors to perform thin film processes under supervision.
• Operate SEM for cross‑section/top‑view imaging and CD/EDS analyses.
• Record process conditions and observations.
• Maintain and align SEM software and instruments.
• Interface with requestors and coordinate with vendors and purchasing.
