Job summary

Yoh is seeking a Process Technician for the NIGHT/WEEKEND SHIFT in Santa Clara, CA. The role involves preparing samples, TEM lamellae with FIB, and operating metrology tools in FIB/TEM labs. You will perform SEM/FIB/TEM basic operations and routine maintenance, with a 12-hour night shift (Fri–Sun).

Onsite opportunity with competitive hourly pay between $31 and $35, plus standard benefits and opportunities for training. Applicants should be available for a weekend night schedule.

Qualifications

• Prepare samples for experiments and evaluate process performance.
• Prepare TEM lamellae with FIB and optimize procedures.
• Operate metrology tools in FIB/TEM lab to assess CD and image quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare samples, coat wafers, mount/unmount for experiments.
• Prepare TEM lamellae using FIB and identify cutting locations.
• Operate metrology tools to analyze cross-section and top-view CD.
• Understand SEM, FIB, TEM principles and perform routine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot, restart or standby the tool and coordinate repairs.
