Job summary

Texas Instruments Incorporated seeks a Process Integration Technician to join the DMOS6 team in our Dallas fab. The role interfaces with Process Integration engineering, Parametric Test, QRA, and manufacturing groups to resolve issues and provide process and product support.

Responsibilities include reviewing parametric data, tracking SWR lots, handling WER/WRR requests, shipping wafers for analysis, and assisting with SMS routing setups. Strong collaboration and technical testing are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with wafer fabrication processes.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Review parametric data with the DMOS6 Process Integration team and provide dispositions.
• Track and report status of key engineering/experimental lots and coordinate with MFG/PE teams.
• Process WER (wafer entry requests) and WRR (wafer removal requests); ship wafers for further analysis (PFA or DCL).
• Assist with SMS device and routing setups and demonstrate strong SMS knowledge.
• Perform technical tests and experiments for engineering in wafer fabrication.
• Monitor and guide line operators once the product is on the line.
• Test new products and provide technical assistance to process development and engineering teams.
