Qualifications

  • Masters or PhD in EE/ECE or semiconductor-specific fields.
  • 4 years of experience in a semiconductor factory with experience transferring new technology from intro to production on schedule.
  • Experience in 65nm and below process technology nodes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; willingness to work across functions.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize technical knowledge of semiconductor device physics to enable competitive technology through process and parametric improvements.
  • Drive process and device improvements through characterization, test, design of experiments, data analysis and simulation.
  • Ownership of technology parametric performance and Parametric Cpk improvements.
  • Parametric test dispositions including root cause determ. for scrap or outliers; design and evaluation of experiments to improve processes.
  • Cross functional team leadership to support the transfer, development, qualification, and manufacturing of advanced analog and embedded technologies.
