Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains eRecipes, process work instructions, SOPs to support production workload.
• Monitors and maintains production equipment and participate in equipment replacement/specification efforts.
• Ensures compliance to existing operating procedures and revises as needed.
• Monitors process controls and ensures measurements stay within limits (CPKs).
• Participates in audits, CAPA resolution, defect analysis and corrective actions.
• Liaises with engineering to implement effective procedures and BKMs at sites.
