Broadcom is seeking a production technician to support semiconductor device manufacturing in a cleanroom environment. You will operate wafer fabrication tools, test products, and ensure delivery to work areas while strictly following safety procedures.

The role includes standing/walking 8–10 hours, lifting 10 lb boxes, and wearing cleanroom PPE. Night shift is strongly preferred; shifts run 6:00am-6:00pm or 6:00pm-6:00am on a 3-4 day cycle.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to apply company policies and procedures to perform complex tasks.
• Understands production needs and escalates issues.
• Can recognize quality problems on equipment and product, then take appropriate action.
