Job summary
Intel Corporation in Hillsboro, Oregon seeks a Material Analysis Technician to join TD and HVM labs, performing material and failure analysis to support silicon process development and high-volume production. You will develop imaging, composition analysis, and sample prep techniques, implementing BKMs to improve lab quality, efficiency and output.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Material Science or STEM related to semiconductor manufacturing with 2+ years maintenance experience.
- Associate degree in STEM related to semiconductor manufacturing with 4+ years maintenance experience.
- Familiarity with laboratory techniques.
Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on material analysis using microscopy and spectroscopy techniques to characterize silicon structures at nanoscale.
- Collect data with lab equipment and collaborate with engineers to improve process performance and reliability.
- Maintain and troubleshoot lab equipment to support advanced transistor and interconnect technology in TD/HVM labs.
- Develop and implement improved tools and BKMs for ramped production in high-volume manufacturing.
