The role is 100% onsite in Austin, Texas, with a compensation range of $48,000 to $72,000.

Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor equipment manufacturing, cleanroom, or high-tech assembly environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, test methodologies, and process optimization.
• Hands-on experience with data analysis, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain manufacturing processes, workflows, and operation sequences.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by collaborating with design and engineering teams.
• Initiate and implement Engineering Change Orders for product and process improvements.
