Aerotek is hiring a Semiconductor Machine Operator in Colorado Springs, CO. This full-time, contract-to-hire role involves operating automated and robotic production equipment in a semiconductor fabrication environment, with 12-hour shifts and a compressed work week.

You will load materials, monitor processes, and document production activities to ensure quality and efficiency. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of machine operator experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and a detail-oriented

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to follow detailed work instructions.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working 12-hour shifts.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Cleanroom manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated manufacturing and robotic production equipment in a semiconductor fabrication environment.
• Load materials and monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Perform wafer and panel processing operations according to established procedures.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and basic troubleshooting.
• Accurately document production activity and maintain quality control standards.
• Follow all safety, cleanliness, and cleanroom procedures.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
