Job summary

KALCON is seeking a Project Manager to serve as Owner's Representative for laboratory, cleanroom, and facility improvement projects in active semiconductor environments.

You will oversee from concept through turnover, coordinating owners, design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget, while managing risks and ensuring quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• 5–10 years in design or construction of labs, semiconductor, or critical facility projects.
• PMP, CCM, or PE license is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Strong client relations and people management skills.
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple facilities construction projects from concept to turnover.
• Manage budgets, schedules, scope, risks, and quality across projects.
• Coordinate with owners, designers, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Develop baselines, risk assessments, design scopes, and RFPs.
• Review invoices, cash flows, and procurement in SAP.
• Ensure projects stay on track, on budget, and compliant with scope.
