Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent maintenance experience.
• 2.5+ years of Equipment Maintenance Experience or 3+ years of Technical Experience or 4+ years of Field Service Engineer-level semiconductor maintenance experience or Military Technical Experience.
• This position requires lifting 25 pounds 1-2 times per shift and climbing ladders 1-3 times per shift.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair non-functioning semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Conduct routine setup, calibration, and preventive maintenance on wet chemistry, plating, and dry high-vacuum toolsets.
• Read and interpret complex electrical schematics, blueprints, engineering drawings, and operating manuals to assemble or dismantle hardware.
• Systematically document all maintenance events, repairs, findings, and parts usage in tracking databases.
• Partner with engineering, process, and support teams to conduct root-cause analyses, reduce equipment downtime, and implement yield improvement initiatives.
