Job summary

Texas Instruments in Dallas, TX is seeking an Equipment Technician to perform preventive maintenance, repairs, improvements, upgrades and installations on manufacturing equipment. You will interface with engineering and manufacturing groups across the fab to resolve issues efficiently, monitor tool performance, and prepare technical reports with recommended solutions.

This role requires a high school diploma/GED and the ability to work a 12-hour compressed schedule, with semiconductor technician

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Two years semiconductor experience as Technician or eight years of non-semiconductor/military Technician experience.
• Ability to work 12 hour compressed work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Improve system performance to meet process requirements and reduce downtime.
• Monitor and analyze data to improve tool performance and address issues.
• Coordinate supplier service and repairs when needed.
• Prepare technical reports and summary findings with recommended solutions.
