Qualifications

• Electrical and electro-mechanical systems knowledge required.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Experience with hand and power tools; adhere to SOPs and safety requirements.
• Technical training, 2+ year technical degree or military equivalent.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment used in silicon wafer production.
• Use test equipment to diagnose equipment failures.
• Perform preventative maintenance as required.
• Rebuild manufacturing equipment as needed.
• Recommend machine improvements based on failures.
• May perform equipment modifications per manufacturing engineer instructions.
• Record repairs, parts and labor hours in the MMS system.
