Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair electro-mechanical equipment in a semiconductor fab.
• Work with R&D equipment and process engineers to aid volume production and process development.
• Coordinate spare parts and service visits with vendors.
• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Develop maintenance procedures and install new process tools with equipment engineering.
