Job summary

Texas Instruments is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Maintenance Specialist to join our team. This role involves executing scheduled maintenance and tracking parts to ensure equipment readiness for production.

You will complete qualifications to bring equipment out of maintenance, and analyze maintenance data to identify PM improvements. A 12-hour compressed shift is required, with day shifts that include weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Two years of hands-on mechanical maintenance or repair experience required.
• Ability to work a 12-hour compressed schedule required.
• Day shift includes one weekend shift and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled maintenance work adhering to the approved best known method for all tasks completed.
• Tracking and assembling of all parts required to complete maintenance ahead of time.
• Completion of qualifications required to bring equipment fully out of maintenance state and into production.
• Tracking of critical data from performed maintenance to define improvement opportunities for optimal PM performance.
