Job summary

CSA Group Testing & Certification Inc. is seeking a SEMI Specialist to drive the technical expertise and growth of our semiconductor equipment compliance program. The role requires deep SEMI Standards knowledge and the ability to guide customers through complex regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will develop CSA's program, mentor teams, and expand our presence in the semiconductor industry, working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with 8+ years of experience in semiconductor equipment compliance.
• Deep knowledge of SEMI Standards (S2, S3, S6, S8, S14, S22) and global regulatory requirements.
• Experience with product compliance, testing, and certification in the semiconductor industry.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert on SEMI Standards and semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Provide technical direction and mentoring within the assigned product group.
• Support development and execution of CSA's semiconductor equipment compliance program.
• Offer expert guidance on regulatory requirements for projects and technical reviews.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities by engaging with industry stakeholders.
• Collaborate with New Account Managers to expand CSA Group's presence in semiconductors.
• Respond to technical inquiries for internal teams and clients.
• Represent CSA Group at industry events, trade shows, and standards meetings.
• Stay current with SEMI Standards and regulatory changes.
