Job summary

BOSCH is seeking an Electronic Maintenance Technician to support semiconductor equipment at the Roseville, CA site on a C shift (6pm-6am), Sunday–Tuesday and alternating Saturdays. The role is on site with a 15% shift premium and includes broad maintenance across implant, sputter, CVD, diffusion, wet etch, CMP, and wafer sort.

Qualifications

• AS Degree or certificate in Electronics/Mechatronics or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of electronic circuits, diagrams and schematics.
• Familiarity with electronic test equipment and hand tools.
• Willingness to work in a team and adapt to shift work.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, mechanical, and vacuum system troubleshooting on complex semiconductor equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to component level using standard test equipment and hand tools.
• Perform machine set-ups and running adjustments.
• Interface with production, engineering, and other support groups for priorities and equipment status.
• Perform quality workmanship and adhere to quality maintenance procedures.
• Interface with machine software applications and utilize for troubleshooting and PM activities.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment; participate in Emergency Response Team training.
• Adhere to cleanroom protocols including gowning and wafer handling.
