Job summary

Pentagon Technologies, Inc. seeks a Cleanroom Operator to ensure parts are cleaned, dried, and labeled to meet internal and customer specifications in a semiconductor environment. Swing shift offered (2pm-10:30pm) with emphasis on safe, accurate processing in a controlled chemical setting.

You will read work orders, inspect parts, use CDA nozzles, ovens, and particle counters, and package to specification while maintaining a clean room. Travel to other Pentagon facilities may be required.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail required to meet customer specs and internal criteria.
• 1 year manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read work orders, travelers, and logs accurately.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety and quality protocols to meet customer specifications.
• Read and comprehend internal documents such as work orders and logs.
• Visually inspect parts for defects and record data with inspection tools.
• Use CDA nozzles to thoroughly dry parts and load/unload ovens as needed.
• Package, label, and seal parts in clean room packaging per spec.
• Maintain clean and orderly work environment and assist in housekeeping.
