Job summary

Automation Personnel Services is seeking a meticulous Cleanroom Cleaner for a semiconductor manufacturing environment in Sugar Land, TX. This full-time, temporary role focuses on preventing particle contamination and maintaining ISO 14644 compliance.

The ideal candidate has cleanroom experience, understands ISO classifications and is capable of lifting up to 30 lbs. Daily duties include gowning, log maintenance, and safe hazardous waste handling, with generous benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in semiconductor or cleanroom environments preferred.
• Understanding ISO cleanroom classifications and particle control is required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict cleaning protocols.
• Physically capable of standing, bending, and lifting up to 30 lbs for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled cleaning of cleanroom areas, including fabs, gowning rooms, tool surfaces, walls, ceilings and floors.
• Adhere to ISO 14644 classifications and company protocols.
• Use ESD-safe cleaning techniques to prevent damage to semiconductor equipment.
• Follow proper gowning procedures before entering the cleanroom and comply with contamination control policies.
• Maintain logs and documentation of cleaning activities for audits and compliance.
• Dispose of hazardous and non-hazardous materials per safety standards and regulations.
• Restock cleanroom consumables such as gloves, masks, mats and protective supplies.
• Identify and report contamination risks or maintenance issues to supervisors.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize disruption while maintaining cleanroom integrity.
