Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret structural blueprints and current code requirements.
• Minimum 2-3 years Architectural experience in construction or QA.
• Minimum 2-5 years experience in the Semiconductor Industry.
• Professional Certificate or Journeyman Carpenter experience preferred.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills for Clean Room builds.
• Extensive knowledge of relevant codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Regular architectural inspections to ensure compliance with local building codes and customer contract documents.
• Record and organize all necessary documentation to record the QA program.
• Complete QA documentation and reports for the project.
• Conduct QC inspections of architectural finishes and related components.
• Work with subcontractors and owners to facilitate project activities.
• Represent the company in project and strategy meetings.
