Job summary

Timpte, Inc. in David City, NE, is hiring Assemblers to build high-quality products in a hands-on manufacturing environment. You will contribute from the ground up on production lines with a focus on accuracy, safety, and efficiency.

Starting pay is $21.00 per hour with DOE, earning potential up to $26.40 per hour plus an annual bonus up to $5,000. Enjoy a four-day production schedule with no weekends and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and schedules.
• Proficiency operating machines and hand tools.
• Manufacturing experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assembles quality products and examines work to meet quality standards.
• Place parts and assemblies in jigs and fixtures.
• Drill, rivet, Huck, caulk and fasten.
• Follow all Safety programs including Daily Stretching Program.
• Maintain proper PPE and notify Area Leader when replacement is needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Practice good housekeeping and keep a clean and organized work area.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
