BairesDev is seeking a Semi Senior Ruby Developer to lead the development of Ruby applications, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architectural decisions within Ruby on Rails or similar frameworks.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive API integrations, and advocate for testing, CI/CD, and high-quality code. This fully remote role offers flexible hours and compensation in USD or locally, with a supportive, global team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Ruby.
• Experience with APIs and Web Services.
• Experience with database technologies.
• Advanced knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
• Proficient in writing unit tests and CI/CD pipelines.
• Advanced level of English.
