This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic.

Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $83,000.

• $0.65-$0.68 cpm
• Detention pay: $15 per hour- Starts 2 hours after on time arrival
• Drop and hook pay: $25per stop
• Live load/unload: $50per stop
• Live swap: $25
• Driver assist load/unload: $25per stop
• Safety training pay per hour: $20
• Frequent home time
